National Plan to Reduce Violence Against Women and their Children

The Government appointed an 11 member National Council on 26 May 2008 to draft a National Plan to Reduce Violence Against Women and their Children. The Alliance made a submission to Government on the National Plan in July 2008 in which we drew attention to issues specific to same-sex domestic violence. We also provided additional information to supplement our submission in November 2008.
